Chemical Substances ( pesticides , herbicides , and fertilizers)

Soil Erosion Salty Water Radioactive materials

Effects…

Death of fish , plants , and other aquatic things.

Polluted soil may :1. Pass the pollutants in to the consumers

( by crops)2. No longer grow crops3. Release vapors and hydrocarbons into

buildings
