Nutrition and Exercise Our body is the temple where God lives and we must take care of it with healthy eating and exercises. Healthy Family and Healthy Children

We are currently living a wonderful experience with mothers and children from our parish community to promote and increase the quality of life through prayers, the word of God, healthy meals and exercises. We focus on nutritive education and the opportunities for exercise, games, dynamics and gifts. We work in coordination with Bronx Health Reach. We meet on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Gavigan Center. If you want more information you can contact Maria Peguero and Iraida de Jesus.
