COLOUR: bright rosé.
BOUQUET: fruity, with pleasant hints of raspberryand small wild strawberry, intense and delicate.
FLAVOUR: delicate, savoury with a pleasant emery-finecontour in the finish.
FOOD COMBINATION: all kinds of hors d'oeuvre, firstcourses with tomato sauces, fish soups.Excellent with turkey, roast fish and fresh cheese.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 - 12° C.
