Channel Model and Functional Requirement Documents
• Channel Model document– Important for evaluating technical proposals for Specification Framework document
• Functional Requirement (FR) document defines the requirements that must be met by the proposed specification.– The requirements are selected based on the use cases adopted by the task
group.– Example:

Spec Framework Development Procedure• One or more technical contributions for each functional requirement are
submitted to the task group to be considered as functional block(s) of Specification Framework document.
• Specification Framework (SF) document is developed incrementally by incorporating functional block(s) approved by the task group.
