* Each energy cell for the Sorvad NeuroElectric System allows for 10 shots; damage can be increased

by +1L for every 2 shots expended.

* If the attack with the weapon does not kill the target, eachsuccess inflicted as damage reduces DEX and STR first, before striking

BODY. This reflects the paralysis ability of the weapon if the attack 

does not kill the target outright.
