1. 2. If UGVCL is receiving services of renting of a motor vehicle from any person other than a body corporate, where service provider is paying central tax at the rate of 2.5%(total GST@5%), then UGVCL is required to pay GST on reverse charge basis. It is pertinent to note here that:

If the service provider charges central tax at the rate of @6% (total GST @12%) then he can continue with forward charge and UGVCL will not pay GST under RCM.

Further, the company has a right to recover the amount of GST along with penal interest at the rate of 15% per annum or interest/fees & penalty charges under GST Law, whichever is higher if GST charges is not paid/short paid to the Government or failed to upload the details or uploads inaccurate particulars on GSTIN portal by the contractor within the stipulated time limit. STATUTORY VARIATION:- Any statutory increase or decrease in GST as applicable or in the event of introduction of new tax/cess or cessation of existing tax/cess subsequent to the offer if it takes place within the original contractual completion date will be to Company’s account subject to the claim being supported by documentary evidence. ગેની સામા ય શરતો નીચે જુબ છે. ભાડ આપનાર ઠકદાર (એકબા ુવાળા)અને ઉ. .ુવી.કં.લી. (બી બા ુવાળા)એ કંપની સાથે . 300/- નો કરારલેખ અને . 3૦૦/- નો બો ડ કરવાનો રહશ.ે ૧. ગાડ ફરવવા ુ ંકાય ે જુરાતભરમા ંકોઈપણ જ યાએ લઈ જવાની રહશે. થી પ ટ સી તમારા લાઇસ સ ધરાવતા અ ભુવી ાઇવર સાથે કો ા ટ ઉપર ભાડ આપવાની રહશે. ૨. RTO િનયમો સુાર આપની ગાડ ઓન રોડ હોવી જ ર છે. તથા તેને લગતા તમામ Tax,Insurance,Maxi permit, PUC Certificate વગ◌ેર રૂા સમયના ભરલા હોવા જોઈએ તેમજ પો લસ ખાતા મારફતથી કઈ કાયવાહ થાય તેની બધીજ જવાબદાર આપની િશર રહશે. 3. આપના વાહન ુ ંMODEL કંપનીએ ન કરલ અટલેક ટ ડર પડ ા તાર ખે છે લા 3 ( ણ) વષ ુ ંહો ુ ંજ ર છે. ૂના વાહન ઉપર ટ ડર મળ શકશે નહ . ૪. ગાડ ના સં ણૂ રપે રગ ખચા ની તમામ જવાબદાર ઠકદારના િશર રહશે. ૫. કંપનીના િનયમો સુાર તેમજ િન ુ ત કરલ અિધ ૃત અિધકાર ની ચૂના અ સુાર ગાડ પાકા અથવા કાચા ર તા પર ચલાવવાની રહશે તેમજ તેમની ચૂના અ સુાર રાિ રોકાણ કરવા ુ ંરહશે. ૬. કંપનીના િનયમો સુાર કલોમીટર તથા કામગીર ગેની LOGBOOK આપે ફર જયાતપણે રાખવાની રહશે. ઠકદારના બલની કુવણી માટ અિધ ૃત રકડ ગણાશે. તે રકડમા ંકંપની અિધ ૃત કરલ અિધકાર ની સહ કરલ હોવી જ ર છે. તથા લોગ કૂમા ં૧ થી ૩૦ ક ૩૧ તાર ખ ધુીની તમામ િવગત તથા કમચાર ની િવગત, કામગીર ુ ં થળ, સુાફર નો હ ુવગેર સિવ તાર તથા વુા ય અ ર લખવા ુ ંરહશે. ૭. આપે રોકલ ાઇવરના પગાર,ભથા, તથા રહવા,જમવાની સગવડ તે ઠકદાર કરવાની રહશે. ૮ કોઈપણ શરતવા ં ક અ ૂ ુ ં ભર ુ ંટ ડર વીકારવામા ંઆવશે નહ . ૯. ઠકદાર તે ુ ંગાડ ભાડા ુ ંપા ુ ં બલ દર મ હને ણ નકલોમા ંનીચેની િવગતો સાથે આપવા ુ ંરહશે. ૧૦. તમાર ા હત ય ત ુ ંસં ણૂ વીમો લેવાનો રહશ ેઅને વીમો લીધાની નકલ Agreement કરતીવખતે ર ૂ કરવાની રહશે.

૧૧. આપની ગાડ (ટ સી) ુ વીસીલ ના અિધ ૃત અિધકાર માગેં યાર અને તેટલા સમય માટ આપવાની રહશે. સામા ય ર તે તેનો સમય સવારના ૮.૦૦ કલાકથી સાજંના ૮.૦૦ કલાક ધુી રહશે પરં ુઈમરજ સી મા ંવધાર સમય ગાડ ની જ ર પડ તો તે માણે આપવાની રહશે. ગાડ ૂચત કયા સમય કરતા ંમોડ આવશે તો અિધકાર ની મન બુી જુબ બલમાથંી નાણા ંકાપવામા ંઆવશે. અથવા તો તે દવસની ગેરહાજર ગણી તે દવસના નાણા ંકાપવામાં આવશે. સમય ચોકકસતના માણે દવસ દર યાન ૧૨ કલાક ભરલા ભાવ માણે કામ કરવા ુ ંરહશે. જો વધાર સમય કામ કરલ હશે તો તેટલા કલાક નો ઓફ કં પનીની અ ુ ૂળતા માણે આપવામા ંઆવશે. ાઇવર રાિ રોકાણ કરલ હશે તો જ રાિ રોકાણ ચા કૂવવામા ંઆવશે. વહલી સવાર ક રાિ દર યાન ાઇિવગ કરલ હશે તેનો રાિ રોકાણ ચા કૂવવામા ંઆવશે નહ . િન ુ ત અિધકાર ની ચૂના જુબ રાિ રોકાણ કરવાનો રહશે.

૧૨. સદર ુકો ા ટ માટની સમયમયાદા ૨ (બે) વષની અથવા ઓડરની રકમ યાર ણૂ થાય

યાં ધુીની રહશ.ે ૧૩. આપે ભરલ Toll-Tax પાવતી ની નકલ બલ સાથે જોડવી જ ર છે. આપના બલ સાથે Payment કર શકાય. ૧૪. આપે રોકલ ાઇવર ની ઉ મર ૫૫ વષ કરતા ંવધાર હોવી જોઈએ નહ . તથા ાઇવર શાર રક અને માનિસક ર તે સં ણૂ તં ુ ર ત હોવો જોઈએ. િન ુ ત અિધકાર માગેં યાર ાઇવર Fitness ુ ં માણપ સમયમયાદામા ંર ૂ કરવા ુ ં રહશે॰ ૧૫. ડ ઝલ/ટાયર/ગાડ સિવિસસ અથવા અક માતના કારણસર વાહન રોકાય ુ ંહશે તો તેનીઆવે મા ંઆપે તેટલા સમય માટ બી ગાડ રૂ પાડવાની રહશે. તેમ છતા ંજો તેમ કરવામા ંિન ફળ ઓ તો યેક દનના . ૧૫૦૦/- માણે બલમાથંી કાપી લેવામા ંઆવશે તેમજ અવે મા ંકરલ બી વાહન ુ ંભા ુ ંપણ તમાર કૂવવા ુ ંરહશે. ૧૬. સદર ુ કો ા ટ માટ આપે આપને મળેલ ઓડરના ૫% માણે કંપનીમા ંSECURITY DEPOSIT પેટ ભરવાના રહશે. જો ઠકદાર અધવ ચે કો ા ટ રદ કર ને ચા યા જશે અથવા અ ય શરતોનો ભગં કરતા ંજણાશે તો ભરપાઈ કરલ Deposit ની રકમ જ ત કરવાને પા થશે. ૧૭. કંપની યાર પોતાની મા લક ુ ંવાહન ૂ ુ ં પાડ અથવા આપના વાહનની જ રયાત ઊભી ન થાય તો કંપની કોઈપણ સમયે કોઈપણ તની નો ટસ આ યા િસવાય આપેલ દુત દર યાન કો ા ટ રદબાતલ કર શકશે. ૧૮. સામા ય ોના ંિનરાકરણ માટની સ ા નીચે સહ કરનાર અિધકાર ીની રહશે. ૧૯. કદાચ કોઈ કા નૂી ૂચં ઊભી થાય તો પાલન રુ કોટ ની હ ૂમત મા ય ગણાશે. ૨૦. સામા ય ર તે આપ ુ ંવાહન સવાર ૮-૦૦ વાગે અમાર ....................કચેર ખાતે હાજર રાખવા ુ ંરહશે. ૨૧. ઠકદાર વાહન ઉપર આગળના ભાગે “ON DUTY UGVCL” ચો ુ ંવાચંી શકાય તે ર તે લખવા ુ ંરહશે. ત ુપરાતં વાહન સાથે “Spare Wheel” તથા બી તા કા લક રપૅર કર શકાય તેવા સાધનો વાહનમા ંરાખવાના રહશે. ૨૨. આપના વાહન માટ જ ર ડ ઝલ, ઓઇલ, પેર પાટસ ક વાહન મરામત માટના સઘળા ખચા ની તમામ જવાબદાર આપની (ઠકદાર) ની રહશે.

૨૩. આપે આપની ગાડ મા ંઅિધ ૃત અિધકાર ની ચૂના જુબ કચેર ના કમચાર તથા જ ર માલસામાન લઈ જવા દવા પડશે. ૨૪. ઠકદારને તેમ ુ ં બલ માઈલો મીટર જુબના ક .મી.ના ક માણે કૂવવામાં આવશે કદાચ જો માઈલો મીટર બધં હશે અથવા અયો ય ર તે ફર ુ ંજણાશે તો તે માટ ક .મી. ની યો ય ગણતર કર નીચે સહ કરનાર અિધકાર ની ચૂના જુબ ગણવામા ંઆવશે. ૨૫. ઠકદારના વાહનને સજંોગોવસાત જો કોઈપણ તનો ઘાતક અથવા બનઘાતક અક માત થશે તો તેના વળતરની સઘળ જવાબદાર વાહન ધરાવનાર ઠકદારને િશર રહશે. ૨૬. કોઈપણ તના કારણ આ યા િસવાય એકજ અથવા બધાજ ટ ડર વીકારવા ક ન વીકારવા તે બાબતનો અિધકાર નીચે સહ કરનાર અિધકાર ીને અબાિધત રહશે. આ બાબતે આપનો કોઈ હ ક દાવો મા ય રખાશે નહ . ૨૭. આપે રોકલ ાઇવર વ છ,સારા વાણી વતન ધરાવતો અને કોઈપણ ત ુ ં યસન ન ધરાવતો હોવો જોઈએ. જો આપે રોકલ ાઇવરની કામગીર ગે કદાચ કોઈ અસતંોષ અથવા કોઈપણ તની ફ રયાદ ઉદભવશે. તો અિધકાર ની ચૂના મ યેથી ાઇવર તા કા લક બદલવાની યવ થા ઠકદાર કરવાની રહશે. પરં ુઠકદાર અિધકાર ની વૂ મં ૂર વગર ાઇવર બદલાવો નહ . ૨૮. ટ ડર લેતી વખતે ગાડ ના દ તાવે રુાવા આ યા હશે તેજ ગાડ ુ વાની રહશે.કદાચ સજંોગોવાસત ગાડ બદલવાની જ રયાત ઊભી થાય તો નીચે સહ કરનાર અિધકાર ની જ ર મં ૂર મેળવવાની રહશે. ૨૯. આપ ુ ંવાહન યાર સુાફર મા ંહોય યાર ડ ઝલ ખર દવા, રપ રગ કરાવવા તથા અ ય ખચ માટ આપે આપના ાઇવર પાસે રૂતા નાણા ંઆપવાની યવ થા કરવાની રહશે. ૩૦. યાર યાર Tyre-Tube અથવા oil માં ભાવ વધારો થશે તે મજર આપવામાં આવશે નહ . ૩૧. આપ આપ ુ ંવાહન ૨૪ x 7 કલાક કૂવા માટ બધંનકતા રહશો. ૩૨. આપ ુ ંવાહન ન કરલ સમય કરતા ંમો ુ આવશે તો િન ુ ત કરલ અિધકાર ની ચૂના જુબ એક દવસની ગેરહાજર ગણી |. ૧૫૦૦/- લેખે બલમાથંી કાપી લેવામા ંઆવશે. 33. ાઇવર અથવા ઠકદારની અણ-આવડત, િન કાળ , હત વૂક ક અ ય કોઈ કારણસર ય ક પરો ર તે ઓ ફસ ની િમ કત, સાધન-સામ ી ક ઓ ફસ રકડ તેમજ અિધકાર ક કમચાર ઓની વ નેુ થયેલ કુશાન વાહન ઠકદાર ભરપાઈ કરવા બધંાયેલ છે. ૩૪. આપની ગાડ મા ંસનગાડ,પડદા, મોબાઈલ ચા ર, ટપરકોડર તથા અ ય િુવધા અિધકાર ની ચૂના જુબ કરવાની રહશે. સદર વે હકલ નો ઉપયોગ વીજ લાઇન ની કામગીર ને લગતા માલસામાન ભરવા માટ પણ ઉપયોગમા ંલઈ શકાશે. ૩૫. GST (Goods & Service Tax) ુ ંર જ શન સ ટ ફકટ ની નકલ ટ ડર કોપી સાથે રજ◌ૂ કરવાની રહશે. ૩૬. વાહન મા લક ઇ કમ ટ કાપવા માટ પોતા ુ ંપાન કાડ આપવા ુ ંરહશે. જો પાન કાડ ર ૂ કરવામા ંનહ આવેતો ૨૦ % ઇ કમ ટ બલ મા ંથી કાપી લેવામા ંઆવશે.
