Flowers of the ForestThe Fallen of World War One are commemorated by pupils of Perth Academy with this special intergenerational creative response. Using the names on the school’s war memorial, students respond to the centenary of the end of the Great War through specially produced digital work in this moving exhibition.

Self and ImageA thought-provoking exhibition exploring self-image and issues of identity facing young people today through images and photography produced by young people from Navigate. Inspired by the experimental techniques of Perth photography pioneer Magnus Jackson.

About Year of Young People2018 is Scotland’s Year of Young People. It aims to inspire all ages through its young people (8-26) by celebrating their achievements, valuing their contributions to communities and creating new opportunities for them to shine on a local and global stage. Diverse CiTay has been created by local young people working alongside partners at Perth College UHI, Horsecross Arts, Culture Perth & Kinross, Perth & Kinross Council, and local businesses, and is the first large scale event of this kind to be held in Perth. We hope it will create an opportunity for future events of this type in Perth and Kinross.
