With this insight ComfortTech was formed. We ensure that every feature of our footwear undergoes a thorough cycle of research, product design, product development, performance testing and wearer evaluation.. As well as enabling us to stay one step ahead, it means that we continue to manufacture shoes that remain comfortable and supportive, shift after shift and day after day.

Inspired by a friend who was making wooden soled clogs in his back garden shed, Toffeln, (the Swedish word for ‘clog’) was established over 40 years ago. Located in the South West of England’s spiritual home of shoemaking, we’ve always been able to draw on local talent, knowledge and experience.

From the start, we’ve made it our mission to truly ‘listen’ to our customers and with ‘we now have a reputation as a leading provider of medical footwear in Europe, creating unique designs born of our understanding of the day to day demands that our customers face.
