Disc Filter Improvement Survey… improving the whole process throughout the determination of options to increase the capacity and/ or the filtrate quality
� Optimization of:- filter operation, - mechanical condition - maintenance handling
� Reduce operational problems such as - plugging of filter cloths- variations in consistency - filter vat level
� Investigate the possibility to use the filter in the other application or
- for the other pulp or - white water.
� Improve the internal water management- in paper machine approach systems - in stock preparation
In the course of time Disc Filter performance can fall off in quality. This decrease in productivity, filtrate quality or in the level of dryness can have several reasons such as a lack of maintenance, due to consumables and wear parts or incorrect adjustments. If problems appear, there is a tendency to try to solve the problem in a time consuming try and error process. An effective survey can easily show the source of the problem and save time.
