Prepositions of Direction Exercise

Fill the gaps below using the prepositions in the box once only.
1 Go ......................... of the building and turn left.
2 At the end ......................... the street turn right.
3 ......................... the traffic lights turn right again.
4 Go ......................... ahead until you come to a petrol station.
5 Turn left ......................... Acacia Avenue.
6 Next, take the third turning ......................... your right.
7 Go ......................... the newsagent's and carry on until you come to a bridge.
8 Go ......................... the bridge and on the other side you will see a park.
9 Go ......................... the park until you come to Church St. on the other side, where you turn left.
10 Keep going. After about 300 metres, you go ......................... a railway bridge.
11 Keep going ......................... Church St. for another 100 metres.
12 A: You'll see the tourist information office ......................... front of you. You can't miss it. B: Yeah, right. I think I'll take a taxi instead.
