I am part of a high-performance global team within Motorola’s Integrated Supply Chain that is making company history!

My creativity and contributions have enabled the team to implement a series of new processes and tools to improve communications effectiveness for Motorola’s “direct labor (DL)” workforce.

As the name implies, these employees and contractors are directly involved in the manu-facturing and distribution of Motorola products. They are a vital link between the company and its customers.

Our work is significant because we have created the first-ever global communications strategy for DLs in the company’s nearly 80-year history.

I feel proud of what we have accomplished. I like knowing that my work makes a difference!
