The CDM Digital Leadership Program (DLP) is a 6-week course that challenges you to develop the rigor and perspective of a transformation catalyst. Armed with an arsenal of tools, technology, and frameworks for business leadership, our mission is to prepare you to be a dauntless leader in a disruptive environment.

Methodology

The program features 6 highly interactive sessions facilitated by leading experts,mentors, and professionals in the field of digital business leadership. Learn complex concepts through immediate application as you solve real-life cases, interact with actual clients, and build concrete outputs as required. To augment your learning, additional resources andopportunities for interaction will be provided in between sessions.

Audience

The CDM DLP welcomes participants who are currently performing a leadership role: entrepreneurs, mid-managers, executives, project managers, and directors, among others. The program also invites professionals who are being groomed for promotion or career persons looking for a fresh, brave start in anotherindustry.

Coming in, we expect the participants to be open to learning and to feedback from colleagues. You must be willing to experiment, fail, and reflect.

Objectives

Terminal Objective:

Given a disruptive scenario, the participants must be able to develop a perspective that utilizes technology to create business opportunities that embody a justenterprise

Enabling Objectives:

• Identify the main levers for innovation

• Modify the business model of an existing enterprise into a potentially disruptive setup

• Evaluate current digital maturities of client’sbusiness

• Perform scenario planning on a client’sbusiness

• Explain the fundamental principles of design thinking

• Determine the requisites and mechanisms of running a platform business

• Create and test a business plan using lean business canvas or the platform canvas

• Discuss the nuances of the types of organizational structures

• Describe the intended organizational culture as guided by frameworks for culture-building

• Perform a personal gap analysis of current strengths and areas for development to lead successfully in an age of disruption

• Chronicle the immediate effects of a change commitment
