7 Point Digital Assessment on your key online success factors Do you want to free your mind, Build your customer desire, and engage your audience passion online? These 7 simple steps will help you grow and create the business blueprint that you need to grow your business online. This is a short assessment of the key factors that are affecting you and your business online. Understand what you can do to actually create action, accountability and process that helps you grow your business to where you want it to be. This assessment is based on the 7-step award-winning process, and the core factors and understanding that have been predominant in helping successful businesses work better in the online environment. How To Complete This Self-Audit. Give yourself a score on each of the 7 main factors “Primary Question”, from 1-10, based on your relative assessment of how you compare to where you feel you would like to be, with1 being least competitive, and 10 being most competitive. Add up your score of all of the primary questions to give yourself a quick assessment out of a possible 70 points. See below for initial scorecard assessment. Next, open up a new word document and work through and answer each of the individual supporting questions to further assess your skills and abilities in each area. The supporting questions are designed to help you create a new roadmap in terms of what you can improve or make more efficient. There is no right or wrong answer, but rather just some key areas of your digital blueprint that can help you further develop your digital ecosystem.

Do you have a clear plan that you can implement? How are you really staying competitive? Total score of 21-50. Understand that you can probably refine your digital approach to be more competitive. Some significant changes may be needed, with just a refinement of the 7 key factors. Look at investigating and investing more, in a greater

depth of detail in all of your digital programs, all your channels, and how you fit them all together. Total Score of 51-70. Fine-tune your approach, with such things as a refined sales funnel and further integration with your social channels and your content. Keep everything cohesive and coordinated to ensure that you can deliver what your customer is looking for.
