The attention of Medical Officers of this Department is called to Par. 1266, Revised Regulations, in so far as reporting to the Medical Director is concerned. Its provisions must be strictly obeyed under penalty of arrest for disobedience of orders. 2. Immediately on receipt of this circular, the Senior Medical Officer of each Hospital, Post, Regiment, or Detachment, will make a written report to the Medical Director, giving his full name, rank, station, and duty. Also the names of Assistant and subordinate Medical officers, whether commissioned or employed by contract, who are on duty under him. 3. The monthly reports for September will be speedily for warded to this Office, and hereafter all monthly reports of sick and wounded must be made out in conformity with the new form issued from Surgeon General's Oflice, and records will be kept with a view to the correct rilling up of the said new form of monthly reports. 4. L. The attention of Medical Officers of this Department is

called to Par. 1266, Revised Regulations, in so far as reporting to the
