GROUCHO WAKES UP by Michèle Moreau, illustrated by athalie Choux

Groucho is fast asleep and dreaming… Oh! What’s that funny noise?

Not the alarm clock already? Come on, it’s time to get out of bed.

Let’s do a little gym to wake up! Then it’s straight to the bathroom to

wash and get dressed. Groucho wants to look smart today as he’s

morning rituals.

AFRICA MUSICAL ISTRUMETS composed by Dramane Dembélé and illustrated by Rémi Saillard

A flap book.

A little musical book for children to learn about African musical

instruments. In the first part children listen and try to guess which

instrument is making those funny sounds. Next then they enjoy

listening to a solo piece with that instrument, and finally they hear all the instruments played

together.

Five instruments: n’goni (African harp), djembe (drum), sanza (thumb piano), tama (talking

drum) and the tambin (Fula flute).

ITO THE BED, SLEEPYHEAD! by Pierre Delye, Illustrated by Cécile Hudrisier

“When night falls in panda land, everyone goes to bed very quietly

and calmly…”

But so often, the following evening it’s the same old story with the

youngsters always finding a good excuse not to go to bed…

A little flap-book relating the countless little tricks children find to

put off going to bed. A highly imaginative story, in the same spirit as

the well-known “Where’s That Big Cat?” by the same authors.

THE TASTY-DISH PRICESS by Annie Marandin, illustrated by Lucile Placin

test except for Little John, the poorest of all the suitors but the one

who turned out to be the funniest and the nicest — as well as the one

who most enjoyed his food!

IAOS AD THE STAR DRAGO by Jean-Jacques Fdida with illustrations by Régis Lejonc
