ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONADDITIONAL INFORMATIONADDITIONAL INFORMATIONADDITIONAL INFORMATION Insurance: Dianne Dailey Golf Camp carries an excess medical insur-
ance policy covering medical expenses for injuries and accidents occur-
ring during camp activities. Expenses which are declined for payment
through camper’s personal insurance and/ or through excess policy
become the personal liability of campers’ parents/guardians.
Key Deposit:: A key deposit of $75 (check) will be collected at check-
in for overnight campers, and returned when key is returned at check-
out.
Travel: Campers flying to camp will be transported by their camp
counselors to and from the Greensboro Piedmont Triad International
Airport. Upon arrival, campers will be greeted by their counselors at
Baggage Claim. Airline Departures should be scheduled after 4: 30pm
on Thursday.
Equipment: Each golfer should bring golf clubs and gym or golf shoes.
A detailed list of equipment will be mailed upon enrollment.

campers: Orientation and instruction at the Golf Complex, Welcome
Dinner, Pickup at 6: 30 Overnighters will have evening activities
Day 2 9: 00am: Instruction at the Golf Complex, Lunch, Practice/ Play
at Tanglewood, Pickup at 5: 00pm Overnighters dinner and speaker
Day 3 9: 00am: Instruction at the Golf Complex, Lunch, Practice/ Play
at Tanglewood, Pickup at 5: 00pm Overnighters dinner and games
Day 4 9: 00am: Instruction at the Golf Complex, Lunch, Practice/ Play
at Tanglewood, Pickup at 5: 00pm Overnighters dinner and talent show
Day 5 8: 30am: Camp Tournament at Tanglewood, Picnic & Awards,
Pickup at 2: 00pm Overnighters check out at 2:00pm
Wake Forest is led by head women’s
golf coach Dianne Dailey. Her teams
have notched 25 team victories, in-
cluding two ACC Championships and
two East Regional NCAA Champion-
ships. The Deacons have made NCAA
appearances and finished in the top 20
of the final rankings in each of the last
16 years.
Coach Dianne Dailey will lead the instruction with a qualified
staff of head and assistant college coaches and LPGA teaching
professionals. Girls will receive personal instruction and will be
supervised at all times. Campers will be grouped by age and
skill level. They will receive intensive instruction each day in the
full swing, putting and short game. Campers will have an enjoy-
able experience playing skill competitions and following instruc-
tion in the afternoons campers will play a round of golf .

their progress.
Progress Reports: Each camper will receive daily progress
reports which will be useful to them during and after camp.
Rules/ Etiquette/ Course Management: There will be a
discussion session regarding the basic rules and etiquette of
golf. Tips on course management will also be provided. A
possible quiz will be given & prizes awarded.
Sports Psychologist: We will have the WFU Women’s Golf
Team Sport Psychologist speak one evening about the
importance of the mental game.
INSTRUCTION & SUPERVISIONINSTRUCTION & SUPERVISIONINSTRUCTION & SUPERVISIONINSTRUCTION & SUPERVISION Admissions Information: A representative from the Wake Forest
Admissions Office will speak one evening.
Camp Tournament: On the final day of camp, campers will have
the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned throughout the week
in a tournament atmosphere. Trophies will be awarded.
Facilities: The majority of each session’s activities will be held at
the Haddock Golf Center on Wake Forest Campus, a state-of-the-
art practice complex, while play will take place on Tanglewood
Park’s golf courses. Basketball courts, volleyball courts, and other
playing fields are available for participants enjoyment.
Golfers will live in the modern, air-conditioned Arnold Palmer Dor-
mitory at Wake Forest and will be served meals in the campus cafe-
teria. Participants are expected to abide by the rules. Failure to do
so will result in dismissal without refund.
