MS – nattily attired, fit, trim and handsome older man emerges into the well-appointed living room of a cozy apartment.

He’s dressed in a sharp, powder-blue jacket with an open-collar sport shirt

He smooths his hair, flicks his close cropped white mustache, then glances at his watch.

He is not really upset, he is play acting a bit!

JOHN YINGLING: (MOCK IMPATIENCE)

COME ON CORRINE! WE’LL BE LATE!

SCENE 3:

He adjusts a picture frame to make it level, then adjusts his tie in the reflection, smiling all the while THE MUSIC CONTINUES IN ITS HAPPY

SCENE 4 :

Close up:

As he smoothes his hair in another picture glass, he calls her again.

JOHN: (LILTING-LY, LOVING-LY)

SUGAR, ALL THE FUN IS GOING TO BE

USED UP BEFORE WE GET THERE!

SCENE 5:

She moves smoothly in behind him while he primps.

She is knock-out gorgeous, wearing a bright red jacket and

CORINNE: (OVER HIS SHOULDER)

SCENE 6:

He leans back against her as she puts her arms around his neck

JOHN: (NEVER HAPPIER THAN WHEN

SHE IS NEAR)

IT’S ABOUT TIME!

SCENE 7:

He turns to get a kiss, but she slips away, coyly sparring with him as she moves quickly to the door.

CORINNE: (WITH MOCK PEEVISHNESS)

I THOUGHT YOU WERE IN A HURRY TO

GET SOMEWHERE?

SCENE 8 :

He catches up and formally opens the door for her.

They laugh and move through the door into the soft, late afternoon light.

JOHN:

NOT ANYMORE, SUGAR. I AM HAVING

THE BEST TIME OF MY LIFE. I THINK I’LL

RELAX AND ENJOY IT!

They meet up happily with another couple also dressed and ready for an evening on the town!

SCENE 9:

The camera catches them from a high angle as all four enter a late model sedan.

The camera pulls back to show the apartments where they live at Air Force Village one.

MUSIC:

PICKS UP THE TEMPO, ADDS SOME

BRASS AND WOODWINDS AND IT IS IN

FULL “SWING”

SCENE 10 :

Another angle shows them driving out the front gate. We see their smiling faces as they share a joke in the car.

A friendly, uniformed guard smiles and waves to them as they depart.

He doesn’t know where they are going, but wherever it is, he knows they are going to have fun!

The camera picks up the beautiful landscaping and colorful flags that frame the entrance. We see the solid, inviting sign announcing proudly that this is Air Force Village I and we know it is a great place to live!
