    Rojas: General Manager

    Luis: Manager at head office

    Jonathan: Office Manager

    Grover: Senior Cashier

Rojas: Good morning partners, thanks for coming. Today we talk about future changes in

    this organization.

Luis: Thanks for the meeting sir, we know that this meeting is very important to our

    business development.

Jonathan: thanks for the invitation; my friend Grover and I are happy to be sitting here

discussing the future of our bank.

Rojas: Great, then lets start with the first topic. first names, I'm sure it's more

convenient for customers and staff to use first names rather than family names.

Luis: I totally agree, it has worked in the head office and I know it will also work in the

    overseas branch.

Grover: I dont think so sir, people of this country is very respectful to others and wouldnot like much the idea of using first names.

Jonathan: Grovers is right, you dont know our customers they are very considered

    respect to these issues.

Rojas: Fine, so what about face to face meetings, are you agree with this?

Jonathan: Yeah, thats is a good contribution to this company, Im agree.

Grover: I think this change will help a lot to improve our communication.

Rojas: OK now let's talk about smaller and more informal meetings

Grover: No, I think that it would be inappropriate.

Luis: but why? , it would help to talk more among you and try the most important issues.

Jonathan: Because we are accustomed to formal meetings, is our policy a change in it

    could adversely affect our company.

Luis: I get it, then we will continue with formal meetings.

Rojas: Good, the last point to address is how to introduce a system of flexible workinghours. I know some good staff members had to leave because the working hours are fixed.

Jonathan: I think that is impossible because it is very difficult to organize a flexitime

    system.

Grover: You are right Jonathan, but also it would help hire more qualified and experienced

staff, I think it's time to change this outdated system by a new one.

Luis: Its necessary to make this innovation, because there is a lot of competition from

other international banks, and if we dont do it we could lose big profits.

Jhonatan: ok, it would be nice to change the times and make the company more dynamic.

Rojas: Well that's all for today, I'm happy to have agreed on two very important points

and introduce respective changes from tomorrow.

Grover: We also are pleased to have participated in this meeting and we hope to be

    invited to the next meetings.

Luis: Dont worry about that, we always count on you.

Jhonatan: Thank you sir, I know these changes will maintain us as the leading bank in the

    region.

Rojas: We all hope that, thank you gentlemen.
