Tall Hood-type Series Operation/Cleaning Guide OPERATION

Check chemical levels in containers.
Close hood & select wash time (1,1.5, 4 or 6 min. ).
Press power switch to ONposition, machine fills.
Check pressure gauge &make sure reading is 20-22 PSI.
Wait 10 minutes for the displayto indicate 150°F/66°C.
When the green cycle light goes out, remove the dish rack of clean wares.
Prescrap & load wares into dishracks. Wash one rack at a time.
Load the dish rack & close the hood.The green cycle light illuminates &the timed cycle starts automatically.
Push the power switch to the OFF/DRAINposition. The cyle light will not come on.
The automatic drain valve opens for 10 minutes to drain the machine.
The final rinse water temperaturedisplay must indicate a minimum of180°F/82°C during the final rinse.
AUTOMATICDRAIN CYCLEThe dishwasher can be drainedautomatically at the end of normalwash cycle or whenever the dishwasher is idle.

Push the power switch to theOFF/DRAIN position to drain.
Push the power switch ON & immediatelyto the OFF/DRAIN position to drain.
Remove the scrap screen supportfiller plate.
Remove the pump suction screen. Back flush the screens and plate in a remote sink. DO NOT strikethe screens against hard objects.
Clean the round drain screen& flush the bottom of the tank.
Spray the interior of the machinewith fresh clean water.
Remove the upper & lowerspray arms and flush clean.
DO NOT spray the exterior ofthe machine with water.
Wipe the exterior with mild detergentand dry with soft cloth.
Remove the scrap screens fromthe machine.
Reassemble machine and leavehood open to aid in overnight drying.
