Professional Profile I have over 28 years experience as a results-driven professional chartered architect with a successful business background in high quality residential design and commercial projects from one off houses, extensions to mix use multi unit schemes. I have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, the ability to influence decisions and to develop good working relationships. I am quick to grasp new ideas and concepts and to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. I enjoy being part of, as well as managing and motivating, a successful and productive team in highly challenging working environments. I also act as a design consultant at “Ask an Expert” at the Grand Design Live Shows and other Self-Build/Home Exhibitions. I am a registered member of the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and Royal institute of British Architects (RIBA).

Career Summary Oct 2009–date Pricipal of Green Form Design • Founder of Green Form Design. Working on numerous projects ranging from small domestic extensions

to one off bespoke homes and commercial development. Presently working on an experimental flat pack future home that will become the ultimate machine for living in and has zero statutory bills.
