The defendant, in violation of Section 569.020, RSMo, committed the class A felony of robbery in

the first degree, punishable upon conviction under Section 558.011, RSMo, in that on or about April 1

2013, in the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant, acting with another, forcibly stole US

Currency in the possession of F.L., and in the course thereof , another participant in the crime displayedand threatened the use of what appeared to be a deadly weapon.

The defendant, in violation of Section 571.015, RSMo, committed the felony of armed crimina

action, punishable upon conviction under Section 571.015.1, RSMo, in that on or about April 1, 2013, in

the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant, acting with another, committed the felony of

Robbery in the First Degree charged in Count 3, all allegations of which are incorporated herein by

reference, and the defendant, acting with another, committed the foregoing felony of Robbery in the First

Degree by, with and through, the knowing use, assistance and aid of a deadly weapon.

Count 5: Assault 1st Degree (Class B FELONY) RSMo 565.050 ON 4/3/2013 Time: 7:35PM Place: 44XX ELMBANK AVE (SCC 13020)

The defendant, in violation of Section 565.050, RSMo, committed the class B felony of assault in


2013 at 7:35 PM, in the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant shot at P.W., and such

conduct was a substantial step toward the commission of the crime of attempting to kill or cause serious

physical injury to P.W. and was done for the purpose of committing such assault.

2. The facts supporting this belief are as follows:

On April 1, 2013, F.L., Fr.L. and Fr.Ls son responded to 46XX Bessie to view and possibly purchase anSUV they had seen listed on Craigslist. The victims had communicated with the seller via text messageregarding the address and time. Christopher Duffy approached the victims and asked them to come tothe alley to purchase the vehicle. They refused and requested that Duffy bring the vehicle to the streetChristopher Duffy disappeared behind the home and shortly thereafter two individuals approached thevehicle. One individual pointed a gun at F.L. and ordered him out of the vehicle. He ordered F.L. to givehim his money and took a cell phone and US Currency. Fr.L. and his juvenile son were also ordered

from the vehicle by a second individual. This individual searched Fr.L. and took $2500. The twoindividuals then fled in F.L.s Chevy pickup truck. Defendant admitted to me that he participated in thisRobbery by acting as the look out. He said his job was to look for police.

On April 3, 2013, P.W., J.W., and D.B. responded to 44XX Elmbank Avenue to view and possiblypurchase a vehicle they had seen listed on Craigslist. Victim J.W. had communicated with the seller othe vehicle regarding the address and time to meet. They arrived at 44XX Elmbank. They observed twoindividuals walking past their vehicle. These individuals then turned around and approached theivehicle. Devion Russell approached the driver side and the other individual approached the passengerside. Devion Russell pointed a gun at P.W.. The driver, P.W., placed the vehicle in drive and DevionRussell fired multiple shots at the vehicle, striking P.W. in the face and back. Several other bullet holes

were located in the vehicle. The defendant admitted to me that he and the other individuals had devisedthe plan to rob the individuals who responded to the Craigslist advertisement. He also admitted to methat he had fired the weapon at the three individuals in the vehicle.
