Sale of GoodLux Assets The Board of Directors of GoodLux Technology, LLC (Seller) has retained MJK Partners, LLC to conduct a sale of its assets as part of an orderly wind-down of the Company’s operations. The summary documents and additional information can be found at: http://mjkpartners.com/sales/goodluxassets/ The asset sale will be conducted as a private auction. Bids should be submitted via email to MJK Partners by 5 pm PST on Tuesday, May 10th. Please indicate which lot you are bidding on, your offer amount and any terms or conditions of your offer. Bids received by the deadline will be acknowledged via email. The seller has established the following reserve prices for the two lots as follows: Lot A: $ 150,000 (one hundred and fifty thousand dollars) Lob B: $ 50,000 (fifty thousand dollars) If a bona fide offer at or above the reserve price is received, the Seller has committed to move forward with acceptance of the offer and to proceed to negotiation of an Asset Purchase Agreement. The Seller prefers an all Cash offer though other forms of non-cash consideration will be considered. We reserve the right to end the sale process early, make adjustments to terms or to extend the bid deadline. To date, GoodLux has sold several thousand SunSprites.
