The vegetable factory that employs persons with disabilities in Okinawa had two problems: “Solve workers’ concerns” and “Ensure the productivity and stability of factory operations”. In this study, we develop a work procedure support system for working people and solve problems.

3. Unfold as teaching materials at special support schools 4. Summary
• An IoT support system for hydroponics to employ worker with disabilities was proposed.
• A Movable kit has been installed at the special support school and has been evaluated for its feeling of use.
• For users who are not good at readingcharacters, an VUI will install in the Apps.
• Develop simple UI apps that are easy for workers to use.
• Work instructions corresponding to various disability.
