Action Model to Achieve HP2020 Overarching Goals: Objectives

• Bring together HP 2020 components• Show need to address a broad array of nested health determinants• Life course perspective• Show the relationships among interventions, determinants of health, and

outcomes• Action orientation to address user concerns that prior versions of Healthy

People did not articulate, motivate, or inform specific actions to achieve objectives or meet targets.
