Gazeley has been a leading developer, investor and manager of European logistics warehouses and distribution parks for more than 30 years. It has a c. 2 million sq m portfolio, concentrated in the UK, Germany,France, Spain and the Netherlands.

In addition to its operating portfolio, which is 98% leased to blue-chip customers such as Amazon, UPS and Volkswagen, Gazeley has a prime land bank which allows for the development of an additional 2 million sq m.

Gazeley owns one of the highest quality portfolios in Western Europe with assets located in key gateway markets and population centres. Its portfolio is characterised by prime logistics assets developed to industry-leading specifications and occupied by a diverse customer community.

Gazeley is at the forefront of innovation and sustainability. We typically incorporate features such as LED lighting, rainwater harvesting, solar thermal heating and power charging stations for electric vehicles, whilst also designing our rooftops to be ‘solar ready’, allowing the simple installation of photovoltaic panels. We also focus on the wellbeing of our customers with several of our buildings recently designed to ‘WELL Ready’ standards.
