Condition 2. Management of the Instauation

2.1.2 The licensee shall ensure that personnel performing specifidly assigned tasks shall be qualified on the basis of appropriate education, traiaing and experience, as required and shall be aware of the requirements of thts licence.

2.2 Enviromnentd Management System (EMS)

2.2.1 The licensee shall maintab an Environmental Management System (EMS). The EMS shall bc uplated on an annual basis.

The EMS shall inch& as a minimum the following elements:

The licensee shall maintain a Schedule of Enviromnmrai Objectives and Targets. The schedule shall as a minimum provde for a review of all operations and processes. including an evaluation of practicable optiom, for energy and resource efficiency, the use of cleaner techndogy, cleaner pductton, ancl the prwention, r k t i o n and minimisation of waste, and shall include waste reduction targets. Thc schedule &aIl include time franks for the achievement of set targets and shall address a five year period as a nrinimum The schedule shall be reviewed annually and amendments thereto notified to the Agency for agreement as part of the Annual Envirmnental Repoa (AER).

The licensee shall maintain an EMP for achieving the E m h m x d Objectives and Targets prepared under Codition 22.26 . Once agreed the EMP shall be established and maintained by tbe licensee. It shall include:

The board shall clearly show:- (i) the narne and telephone number of the installation;

(ii) the normal hqurs of opt ion; (iii) the name of the licence holder; (iv) an emergency out of hours contact teltphone IIUI&T

The plan shall be displayed on a durable material such that it is legible at all times. The plan shall be- replaced as material changes to dle facility are made.

The licensee shall maintain facilities for the safe ;tad efficient interception and treatment of lirewater, as m y arise on the site. The licensee shall have regard to the Environmental Protection Agency Draft Guidance Note to hdustry on the Requirements for Fire-Water Retention Facilities.

6.1 The licensee shall carry out such samphg, analyses, rneasuremts, examinations, maintenance and calibrations as set out below and as in accordance with SchhIe C of this licence:
