Condition 2. Management of the Instauation

2.1.2 The licensee shall ensure that personnel performing specifidly assigned tasks shall be qualified on the basis of appropriate education, traiaing and experience, as required and shall be aware of the requirements of thts licence.

2.2 Enviromnentd Management System (EMS)

2.2.1 The licensee shall maintab an Environmental Management System (EMS). The EMS shall bc uplated on an annual basis.

The EMS shall inch& as a minimum the following elements:

7.1 The kensee shall carry out an audit of the energy efficiency of the site within m e year of the date of grant of this Iicence. The audit shall be carried out in accordance with the guidance published by the Agemy; "Guidance Note on Energy Efficiency Audiiing". 4.3 Incidents
