THIRD ANNUAL

PRESENTATION AREAS: Shows take place out-doors with stage & small outdoor ring under tents. The adjacent building provided for the Meet and Greet, serves as both grooming and display areas. Tables will be available and water and electrical provided. Plus---easy access to large green spaces and dog park (closed to public that weekend).

SECURITY: To enable us to recognize “stray” dogs not involved with the show, all dog owners will be required to wear exhibitor badges.

SHOW FORMAT When the show starts, the dogs will be brought over from the prep area (Dog Central) in small groups and held backstage in the "green room"--a 20 x 20 tent. There will be a person in radio communication with the green room, to advise handlers when to leave, where to go etc. and to ensure the green room doesn't get over-crowded. A steady ow of dogs will be maintained with everything directed by home show sta.

ON STAGEParticipants will be cued when to step onstage, at which point, the announcer will begin the commentary. Each breed will be given two minutes. The attached map will show location of the stage and the small show ring that adjoins it. We are leaving it up to the handlers

as to how that time is used. Some will want to pose their dogs as done in a traditional dog show---others will walk down the stage and head directly to the ring to get the dogs in motion. Most will use a combination of both---bringing the dogs out, posing them, then heading to the ring for a quick circle around or a short demo of obedience or retrieving. The commentator will make it very obvious when the time is up, so you won't be left out there wondering when you should leave. When you exit the ring, you will return to the grooming area, queuing up to allow us to bring our "cast" out one more time in a parade that goes through the green room, onto the stage, into the ring & back into the meet & greet area.

MEET AND GREET ASSISTANCE We will set up tables and chairs for the meet and greets in the building. If you wish to have a pop up tent, feel free to bring one. If you are unable to bring an assistant with you, our sta can help. If you wish to buer your dogs from the public, pens and crates are ne. If you need our help setting up for the meet and greet, please arrive early enough to let us know what you need.

MATERIALS FOR YOUR MEET AND GREETFeel free to bring any and all information, posters, photos, trophies that relate to your dog and to the breed.

REHEARSAL/ PRE-SHOW ACCESSWe are on the site from Tuesday onward and you can feel free to drop by. The tents, stage and ring will be set up by Thursday at 7 pm if you wish to do a walkthrough.

COMMENTARYInformation for the commentary is coming almost exclusively from the owners themselves, via the forms you have lled out. We ask that you provide us your information as soon as possible so we can get it into the hands of our professional writer.
