IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED WHILE FILLING UP OF FORMS

1. After downloading the Registration No. of the candidates from the SAMS website, please verify the

(I) Name of the student

(II) Father’s name of the student

and if any mistakes are found, correct them in the hard copy of the 3G Form available in the

SAMS website and submit a Xerox copy of the same in the University at the time of deposit of

forms.

2. For Shastri –II Examination, 2018 only three batches of students are eligible,

2016 Admission batch (Regular)

2015 Admission batch (1st back)

2014 Admission batch (2nd back)

3. Use separate sheets for each year while preparing the Alphabetical list.

For example, there will be one alphabetical list for Regular students (2016 Admission Batch).There

will be another alphabetical list for back students (2015 admission batch), There will be another

alphabetical list for back students (2014 admission batch)

4. Please don’t allow any other batch to fill up forms.

5. In case, any ineligible candidate is allowed to fill up forms, it will be summarily rejected without any

correspondence.

6. While filling up the forms, utmost care be taken with regard to the Name of the candidate, his/her

Registration No., subject, etc.

7. Please mention the full name and correct postal address of the College along with college code.

8. While preparing the Draft towards examination fees, Rs. 05/- per each candidate be collected

towards examination form.

The teachers verifying the Alphabetical list and the Principal / H.O.I certifying the same shall

be held responsible if any discrepancy is detected afterwards and action deemed fit shall be initiated

against them.
