    Introduction

So you are getting ready for a special occasion tonight and after all the preparation, you realize you have no idea what to do make-up wise. First your mind start racing about what color eye shadows to use and what kind of look you are going for. Then a light bulb flickers on above your head and you decide to do a neutral smokey eye to keep it simple and classy. You get your makeup out and instantly realize that you have no idea which eye shadows to use or how to apply them to your eyelids. The scenario described above could happen to any woman who owns makeup. Just remember no look is too difficult to create especially a smoky eye and save yourself from stressing while getting ready.

Manual Overview After reading this manual you will know how to: Choose colors for the neutral smokey eye Apply the three colors onto the eyelids Blend the colors Get different looks with the eyeliner (i.e. dramatic, casual/day, cutesy/innocent) Tie up the neutral smokey eye I will not explain how to apply foundation, finishing powder, blush, and mascara. I will also not include cost estimates on making this neutral smokey eye because this varies depending on the brand of make-up you choose.
