1(1) The President of Executive Council is designated as the Minister responsible for the following enactments:

(2) Repealed AR 75/2019 s2.

(3) The President of Executive Council is designated as the Minister responsible for the administration of the Regulatory Review Secretariat.

(4) The responsibility for the parts of the public service associated with the appropriations transferred under subsection (5) is transferred to the President of Executive Council.

(5) The responsibility for the administration of the unexpended balance of the following portions of the 2019-2020 Government appropriation (interim supply special warrant) for Economic Development and Trade is transferred to the President of Executive Council:

(a) the portion of program 3, Trade and Investment Attraction, associated with internal trade;

(b) the portion of program 1, Ministry Support Services, associated with the portion of program 3 associated with internal trade.

(2) The Minister of Community and Social Services and the Minister of Health are designated as the Ministers with common responsibility for sections 1(f), 10 and 12(2) of the Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped Act.

(3) The Minister of Community and Social Services and the Minister of Health are designated as the Ministers with common responsibility for the Family Support for Children with Disabilities Act.

(4) The Minister of Community and Social Services, the Minister of Advanced Education and the Minister of Labour and Immigration

(a) are designated as the Ministers with common responsibility for the Income and Employment Supports Act, except Part 5 and sections 3, 42(2) and 47, and

(b) together with the Minister of Health, are designated as the Ministers with common responsibility for sections 3, 42(2) and 47 of the Income and Employment Supports Act.

(5) The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in sections 4(3) and 7 of the Assured Income for the Severely Handicapped General Regulation (AR 91/2007) continue to be transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Community and Social Services and the Minister of Health.

(6) The powers, duties and functions of the Minister in Part 3 and section 93(1)(a) of the Income Support, Training and Health Benefits Regulation (AR 122/2011) continue to be transferred to the common responsibility of the Minister of Community and Social Services, the Minister of Advanced Education, the Minister of Health and the Minister of Labour and Immigration.

Interpretation

21(1) In sections 1(5), 6(4), 7(4), 15(5) and 20(6), “interim supply special warrant” means the special warrant issued pursuant to order in council numbered O.C. 085/2019.

(2) In sections 1(5), 6(4), 7(4) and 20(6), a reference to an element or program is a reference to the element or program as described in the 2018-2019 Government Estimates.

Repeal

22 The Designation and Transfer of Responsibility Regulation (AR 80/2012) is repealed.
