Branding 5pts

#1. Many companies spend thousands of dollars developing a ‘brand’. Explain as clearly as possible what ‘branding’ is. (50word minimum)

#2. Choose one example of a company that has successfully been branded. Explain your example.(50word minimum)

• the hippo became a star when she was used in a series of catchy television commercials for Telus. The zoo was paid $10,000 for the ads, along with $25,000 from the sale of Telus Hippo plush toys. Her name is Hazima.

1. Choose one of the following ads (‘got milk’ or D&G) and answer each of these questions.

2. Please paste the ad into your Word document.

3. Deconstruct the ad. Please be sure to start each section (a,b,c) with an overall topic sentence.
