RECOMMENDATIONS
• Company can put into practice several suggestion schemes, inviting innovative
ideas and suggestions from the employees and thereby boosting and motivating
them. Motivation comes through employee involvement, which is caused due to
meaningful participation
• Company can change the existing promotion policy (which is based on experience);
employees could be motivated by linking promotion to performance.
• Senior leaders should take initiative to communicate with employees at all levels,
especially those in the shop floor. Sympathetic supervision is one of the factors
motivating employees, supervisory development program should be given to the
supervisors.
•As indicated in the study financial benefits like incentives have emerged as one of the most important factors motivating employees. Therefore the amount of
incentives offered to individual for satisfying his motive should be adequate.
