Derive onsite at the time of each cart delivery stage. Derive personnel work with designated hospital staff to:
Oversee all shipping logistics with shippers and carriers to manage delivery timetables
Remove shipping materials and place in hospital designated locations

In-Service of Users and Training of Support Staff Derive service representatives to provide onsite training of clinical

Support processes following hospital protocols and procedures (example: how requests for various types of support are to be directed and communicated)
Derive will customize training materials, laminated guides attached to carts, user and support guides, etc.

Derive’s support offerings feature the following options: Comprehensive SLAs developed in conjunction with hospital clinical
and information technology representatives
Derive [full-time, onsite; on-call] staff during standard business hours responsible for:
Responding to requests for service within agreed SLAs Responding to alerts generated by cart management software
(example: battery discharge thresholds exceeded) Proactive “Rounding's” of hospital units (includes preventive
maintenance components) Comprehensive service system integration, reporting and
communication
24/7 Availability Named Derive service staff will be on-call to hospital for critical
ticket issues outside business hours. Primary and secondary engineers
pre-screened by hospital with badges and a complete understanding of hospital facilities, guidelines and protocols
escalation managers Notification by: Toll-free, direct contact and ticket-system email
alerting.
Formal resolution commitments Derive will work with hospital to structure a service delivery
plan meeting the hospital’s resolution expectations – including, where applicable, X-hour resolve.
