10 Gigabit Sensor Processing (10 GSP)
D-TA has pioneered 10 Gigabit Sensor Processing (10 GSP) by leveraging the 10 Gigabit Network technology. It has revolutionized sensor processing by providing a fast, scalable and future-proof architectures
• The 10 GSP is faster than most computer bus architectures • It uses optical fibers to transfer data, over long distances if required • It provides better analog performances as there is no “noisy” computer bus in the analog secton • It is linearly scalable which means that the throughput rate can be increased by adding more fibers • multiple fibers can be synchronized • It is OS agnostic • It efficiently leverages the multi-core computer server technology
D-TA has developed a multi-core software development framework for rapid application development using commercially available or D-TA supplied server(s). In addition D-TA offers, application development support and hands-on training to speed up development . D-TA has also developed a software record/playback engine for server/RAID systems that provide record/playback at unprecedented rates (8 Gbytes/s rate or more).

Example Configurations for Radio, Radar, Sonar & Test & Measurement Applications
The following slides provide examples of system configurations that can be delivered fully-integrated and tested to conform to user specifications at catalog prices. The user need only develop software specific to his/her application. To speed up development D-TA offers software development support and training. In most cases the standard FPGA cores that come with the products are adequate. However, D-TA also supports user or custom FPGA core development. D-TA has delivered a number of systems based along the lines of the example configurations shown. Please contact factory to confirm your configuration and pricing and delivery.

Fully integrated configuration based on DTA-9500S and two DTA-5000 systems. No user development is required for record and playback. The DTA-9500S (conduction-cooled, air-cooled DTA-9500AC can also be used) includes one 3.6 GSPS, 12-bit ADC and one 4 GSPS, 12 bit DAC. The ADC can also be operated as two (2) 1.8 GSPS ADCs. The DTA-9500S includes two Virtex 6 FPGAs which holds the DDC and DUC cores and also the 10 GbE networks. Note that the DTA-5900 wideband tuner can also be used with this configuration
