Curriculum Mapping Timeline

• By the End of August: Standards identified, separated into units, and

sequencing/duration established.

• By December 2014: Learning Targets and Vocabulary for ½ the units

• By May 2015: Learning Targets and Vocabulary for rest of the units

Next School Year: Input essential guiding questions, literacy strategies, and resources.

Common Assessments Timeline

• Finals must be done soon, due to PGES requiring pre and post assessments.

• This school year, for year long courses, you will need ONE common unit assessment in the fall, and ONE common unit assessment in the spring.

• For semester courses, the common final and one unit assessment the first semester, and another unit assessment the second semester.

Next School Year: all unit assessments.
