This year DEMYC celebrates its 45 year anniversary!

Armoured with optimism

Let us raise our glasses

With the creation

of the organization the centre-right youth of Europe advocated for

democracy and freedom throughout Europe. Even though DEMYC

cannot solely claim for the open and free Europe we have today, there

is no doubt that our effort matters. DEMYC supported democratic

youth movements in the central- and eastern part of Europe during

the Soviet era and thus helped the democratization process. Same

we have applied to Belarus DEMYC currently sees it as one of the

organization's main goals to support our friends in Belarus and

helping them to fight for freedom and democracy.
