Course Description
This 1-day training class is a fast paced, in depth introduction to Deltek Acumen Fuse. Students will learn how to navigate Acumen Fuse, customize options and use its capabilities to perform schedule quality and logic quality checks, communicate results to project stakeholders and leverage Acumen Fuse to improve schedule execution.
This class covers the core functionality of Acumen Fuse including:
• Introduction to Acumen Fuse • Using Acumen Fuse to Assess Schedule Quality • Using Acumen Fuse to Assess Schedule Logic • Acumen Dashboards • Acumen Reporting • Project Comparison • Data Integration with Acumen Fuse • Data Management within Acumen Fuse • Acumen Metric Library
Beyond the basics, the student will learn the power behind the fuse workbook concept, how to compare projects and scenarios, how to develop reports that communicate a schedules vulnerabilities and opportunities.
