OverviewToday, and more than ever, project owners, consultants and contractors are required to adopt best practices when it comes to managing their engineering and construction projects. No organization can afford to have their projects going out of control. Projects that finish late and over budget are results from failure to manage and control those projects.

Payment TermsAll training fees must be pre-paid. Fees may be paid by cheque/credit card or by bank transfer and all fees are payable in US Dollars. Fees are due within 14 days of receipt of invoice or prior to the start of the training, whichever is earlier. Proof of payment will be required from delegates if funds have not been received before the start date of the training.
