consulting & engineering business (founded in 2004) and equity capital from CSL Capital Management. Dingman rolled over 90%-plus of his equity value into DSS.

simulator, T-4 / ATLAS manipulator trainer and electronic courses.

Spares

< 1 hour part replacement supported by $10.5mm inventory of system spares and

long lead items not normally stocked by our competitors at the DSS warehouse and

100% redundancy at global Schilling locations.

We at DSS have made a working relationship with Schilling Robotics as their

second largest customer to provide the BEST in CLASS services and up time to our

clients with the newest technology and state of the art equipment.

Service

DSS has on staff fulltime technical managers in hydraulics, tooling , and

electronics each with an average career time of 15 years+/-. Schilling has seconded personnel to DSS for

comprehensive support that office in our corporate headquarters for our initial year of

operations.

DSS HOS Bayou – GoM IMR – LCV

The HOS Bayou is one of the newest U.S.-flagged Jones Act-compliant MPSV on the market today. Equipped with two Delta SubSea Schilling HD 150 HP work-class remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) from DSS’s fleet of ROVs, the HOS Bayou is capable of performing inspection, maintenance and repair (IMR) of subsea oil installations and construction support in the Gulf of Mexico (GoM). In addition to IMR work, this vessel package is designed to perform a variety of deep-water services, such as SURF installation, decommissioning activities, drilling support and deep-water well intervention projects.
