    General Maintenance

    1. Prepare form check list maintenance

    2. Take picture site condition (Site area, Telecom and Power system, ACPDB, KWH meter,

    Grounding etc)

    3. Follow check list form maintenance for guide action to check and measurement

    4. Check and record electricity on sites into Form maintenance

    5. Check all of connection from ACPDB into Rectifier system

    6. Tighten connection cable power input Rectifier, battery connection, grounding connection and DDFalarm connection) with carefully

    7. Download event and data log at Orion controller in power system Rectifier

    8. Download parameter setting (or capture all of setting)

    9. Clean outdoor power system inside and outside of cabinet using dust-cloth with carefully

    10. Dont make a trash on sites and keep clean sites area

    Outdoor Power System Maintenance

    No special maintenance for this cabinet, unless the cabinet is being operated in extreme environment (dusty

    environment).

    The front panels and the cover of the cabinet were treated with a special coating, strictly do not use organic

    cleanser or volatile solvent as make corrosion and can make damage cabinet.

    For periodic cleaning, please clean dust from the cover and panel using soft brush or dust-cloth

    If necessary, use a gentle cleanser or a lightly dampened lint free cloth to remove any dirt or smudges.

    Removing and re-installing rectif ier module

    Removing a Rectifier

    - Push the both locker to unlock direction to un-lock the rectifier.

    - Pull out the rectifier module slowly from the shelf, using one hand to support therear half of the rectifier and remove the rectifier from the shelf.(See picture)

    Note:

    Do not touch the DC output bus when pulling out the rectifier module.

    Do not use spray cleanser to clean the equipment. Using a spray cleanser directly on theequipment ,can result in serious equipment damage!!!

    Rectifier maintenance

    - Use soft clothes or soft brush to clean the surface of rectifier.

    Note: Do not take apart rectifier to clean inside

    Replacing a Rectif ier

    - Install the rectifier module, holding the handle with one hand and using the other to

    support the rear half of the rectifier module.

    - Place the rectifier in the shelf and push into the shelf.

    - Lock the rectifier

    Note: Do not force the module into the slot. If it does not slide in and connect easily, remove andreset the unit.

    Cleaning and Maintenance

    Maintenance is necessary for rectifier, especially the rectifiers had been operated in

    a severely extreme dusty environment.

    - The front panel of rectifier and the cover of the shelf were treated with a special

    coating, do not use organic cleanser or volatile solvent or corrosion damage may

    occur.

    - For periodic cleaning, brush the dust from the cover and panel. If necessary, use a

    gentle cleanser or a lightly dampened lint free cloth to remove any dirt or smudges.

    Periodic Maintenance (Frequency depends on site dust pollution level)

    - Periodic maintenance is required for normal operation (2-3 month).

    And That not maintenance in this periodic so the Filter replace max 12 month.

    - If necessary, wipe to remove dusts from the front panel of rectifier, soft cloth andgently wipe the front of the shelf, the controller and rectifiers.

    - Use a gentle detergent to clean is acceptable. Use a vacuum cleaner to blow out

    dust inside rectifier is also recommended.

    - For optimal performance of filter, perform maintenance for rectifier and filter on a

    monthly basis.

    Replacing the Filter

    - Loosen the handle screws (see picture).

    - Loosen the butterfly screws

    - Lift the frame & remove it from the bracket slot.

    - Replace the filter from frame

    - Set the frame with opposite process as above

    Cleaning the filter- Follow above steps to remove dusty filters

    - Clean the filter with gentle brush, dust cloth or small

    bush for painting or soft brush

    - After filter is cleaned, set the cleaned filter frame

    with opposite process

    - Frequency of cleaning varies with level of dust

    pollution at site

    Note: The filter is designed with material of non-

    woven fiber and efficiency of G4.Filter shall be used

    with qualified specification by Delta to make sure

    cooling and dust holding performance.

    Maintenance Filter Notice

    1. Clean the filter using vacuum cleaner or gentle brush or dust-cloth

    2. Replacement filter: suggestion is 6-12 months (after maintenance 3-4 times)

    3. Always keep door closed at any time if no maintenance required to prevent any

    animal or dust come into cabinet.

    4. Make sure door is locked properly before leaving to avoid vandalism or water/dust

    ingressions.

    5. Do not maintenance while in rainy or bad climate .

    6. Only well-trained people can access the system.

    7. Use specified or approved component for replacement such as air filter, fan, etc.

    8. Follow instruction to perform needed maintenance

    -To cleaning DC fan tray inside of cabinet, we need remove DC fan tray from

    mounting.

    - Plug out cable input and cable alarm from system to DC fan tray

    - Loose screw left side and right side position at DC fan tray

    - Remove DC fan tray from frame

    - Clean with carefully at DC fan tray and inside of DC fan

    Cleaning and Maintenance

    Maintenance is necessary for fan tray to keep the air flow normal with optimal

    performance, especially when system is operated in a severely extreme

    environment such as dusty environment.

    - For simple cleaning, clean dust from the fan tray using brush / dust-cloth. If

    necessary, use a gentle brush or a lightly dampened lint free cloth to remove anydirt

    Ensure all maintenance tools are removed from system

    Ensure all maintained parts are firmly tightened in correct position

    Check to ensure all rectifiers installed & locked in correct position

    Check to ensure no system alarms are active

    Ensure outdoor power system is securely locked

    Coordinate & inform customer or site owner once maintenance works

    has finished

    Ensure the sites gate is securely locked

    Clean up after maintenance works

    To avoid outdoor system being damaged or causing electrical hazards,the following measures are to be adhered to during/after maintenance.

    Always keep door closed at all times if no maintenance required to prevent

    organism intruding.

    Make sure the door is latched and locked properly before leaving to avoid

    vandalism or water/dust ingress.

    Do not open door in rainy or bad climate.

    Only well-trained people can access the power system.

    Use specified or approved component for replacement such as air filter, fan, etc

    and strictly follow instruction sto perform needed maintenance.
