1) Hours for Gym and Pool are “ 7:00 a.m. To 8:00
p.m.”
2) Bathrooms will be available.
3) PLEASE ADHERE TO THE RULES SO WE MAY CONTINUE
TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE FACILITIES YOU DESIRE.

ises MUST use their FOB when entering… even if some-
one holds the door for you. It is a security measure and
you may be letting someone in who does not belong
here or has lost their privileges due to non-payment of
dues or infractions. .

PRESIDENT’S CORNER
When you build a community, it takes unity….
Not divisiveness.
First I would like to thank those who attended our last
Board meeting. When you are there we appreciate your input.
If there are different thoughts or opinions it is handled at that
time and solutions are worked out.
We discussed the “A” Building renovation and informed all
attending and those who watched us on Zoom how this is being
handled, Mike Montemurno is supervising this project and
guiding us through the steps voluntarily. At this time we are
working on getting all necessary permits to start further work.
Once again there is “NO ASSESSMENT” being put to the com-
munity. Please silence any rumors and tell those who are
spreading them to come to our next meeting for the facts.
Please remember as long as we have residents willing to
VOLUNTEER we can remain “self-governing”. Thank you to
all who presently volunteer their time, and talents you are ap-
preciated. Respectfully,
