INSU® APP/SBS Modified Bituminous Membrane

Waterproofing membranes for insulation application in areas exposed to moisture and water, such as underground structures, roofs, balconies, bathrooms, tunnels, bridges and water tanks. The characteristics of the membranes provide safety to the building by protecting the structure from corrosion and cracking of the concrete, as well as unnecessary water and mold damages.

INSUCOAT® / INSUGUARD® Liquid Bituminous Emulsion

Cold applied priming coat that significantly improves adhesion between the waterproofing membrane and the area of application. It adds important value to waterproofing systems by eliminating possible air gaps between the surface and membrane caused by human error in application, which in turn can lead to water leakage.

INSUFOAM® XPS Foam

A powerful and efficient thermal insulation solution that is applied in roofs and walls in insulation systems. The product is environmental friendly and reduces electricity consumption through its application, by minimizing the need for indoor heating/cooling and air conditioning.

INSUBOARD® Modified Bituminous Protection Board

Avoid unexpected water leakage by adding INSUBOARD® in your waterproofing and thermal insulation systems. It assures that no sharp edges during construction and backfilling work damages the membrane, by acting as a protective layer to the insulation system as well as serving as an additional supporting waterproofing layer.

PRIME, SEAL, PROTECT AND COOL- We manufacture the complete insulation system in-house

Page 12: DELIVERING POWERFUL INSULATION SOLUTIONS

INSUCOAT® is a cold applied emulsion that is used as a priming coat between the surface and the waterproofing membrane. It serves as a first layer of an insulation system where it acts as a barrier to water vapour transmission and eliminates air gaps between the surface area and the membrane, while plugging capillary voids and improving the durability of any waterproofing system. The product range consists of various grades of both water based and rubberised water based liquid bitumenemulsions.

ADVANTAGES

· Strong adhesion to most building substrates· Applicable on damp surfaces· Acts as a curing compound for concrete· Versatile application with several economic benefits· Cold applied· Resistant to attacks of salts and chemicals· Non-flammable

APPLICATION

· Priming coat for waterproofing membranes· Waterproofing and protective coating in foundation basements, bathrooms and wet areas· General waterproofing coating for both interior and exterior floors and walls· Sealing of concrete decks· On fresh cast concrete structures· Damp-proofing membrane in sandwich panels

INSUGUARD® is a premium bitumen emulsion with a formula that consists of selected raw materials blended with high content of bitumen that allows the emulsion to penetrate concrete surfaces. The film that forms has the ability to damp-proof vapour barrier, acting as the ultimate protective shield for various waterproofing applications and surfaces subjected to aggressive soils. INSUGUARD® can also be used as a primer to prepare surfaces for bituminous membranes. The product range consists of various grades of both water based and rubberized water based liquid bitumen emulsions.

ADVANTAGES

Our waterproofing membranes are available with mineral surface finishes, aluminum and sand for maximum UV-protection. Such surface finish preserves the bitumen layer from UV rays and keeps the insulation long lasting, due to its high resistance to aging, while improving the aesthetics of the roof.

ADVANTAGES

• Mechanical protection against light foot traffic and roof maintenance • Aesthetic surface finish• UV-reflective• Cooler roofs (with aluminum finish)

APPLICATION

• Exposed roofing applications• Ideal for re-roofing applications

Our self-adhesive membrane range consists of flexible membranes that provide excellent barrier against vapour – all through easier and safer application than traditional methods. The membrane has a strong release film on the under layer while the upper surface is covered with either PE-film or slated minerals.

Anti root membranes can be applied to gardens, terraces, terrace roofs and applications where membrane is subject to root penetration. By using a special anti root additive, complete root penetration is allowed and the risk of any plant root damage through the waterproofing membrane is eliminated.

ADVANTAGES

• Environmental friendly • Fast and easy application• Excellent adhesion to any surface• Safe application• Simplified vertical application• Ideal adhesion on overlaps• No shape limitation

APPLICATION

• Roofing or re-roofing for single or multi-layer systems• Tunnels, wet areas, and toilets• Foundations and underground structures• Slab on grade – only with use of INSUBOARD®
