Executive Summary Work Package 6 (WP6) of the Storm Clouds project aims to maximize the impact of the project at European level by planning and implementing an effective communication and dissemination strategy.
The main focus of this document is to aggregate a varied set of communication tools used to generate awareness of the project and maximize its impact. This compilation presents tools in digital and print format.
The contents of this deliverable include several sections, where each consists of a different tool used by the partners. The tools presented are:

Storm Clouds Web Portal is the base ground foundation that supports all other dissemination tools. It gathers and centralizes all information related with the project, therefore clarifying and defining important concepts for internal and external users. More specifically, it contains relevant facts about the project’s scope, a continuous update of its main activities and consortium composition. In addition, it provides links to relevant organizations, projects and other social media platforms.

The aim of the leaflets is to effectively communicate the goals of the project to the intended target audience during events, workshops, conferences or other events.
During the course of the project, 4 leaflets were created and distributed. One written in English for general presentation of the project’s concept, vision, solutions and activities. 3 other leaflets generated for each pilot City and distributed. In terms of content, these latter follow the same structure as the general, project concept, vision, pilot solution, and project activities.

The STORM CLOUDS Newsletter #1 is available digitally. It communicates project news as well as informs all project internal and external stakeholders of the project’s development trajectory. In particular, Newsletter #1 focuses on the project overview, the project pilots, project objectives and the Call for Cities initiative carried out.

Posters are means of local communication for pilot stakeholders. The following posters were used by the Águeda pilot to raise awareness about the project to boost attendance with their users for local activities (such as workshops). In particular, attention was drawn to the first application created for Águeda Pilot called “Have Your Say” app. The first poster below was targeted for other Portuguese Municipalities that would like to implement the application or get involved with the STOM CLOUDS project. The second poster below is targeted to Agueda citizens and explains the value proposition of the application and how to start using it.

7 Summary
This deliverables groups the initial set of awareness tools that have been created in digital and printable format, in order to raise awareness about the STORM CLOUDS project.
This deliverable and its contents will be complemented in a version 2 to be delivered in M36.
