Cover & Rossiter’s captive insurance efforts have laid the groundwork for Delaware’s 550 current and growing active captives. We spearheaded this effort in 2005 and never looked back -- long before anyone was considering Delaware as an emerging place for captive insurance. Soon after, we were the fi rst Delaware-based certifi ed public accounting fi rm authorized by the Delaware Department of Insurance to perform audits of captive insurance companies.

Eric Williams, CPA, ACI Director

Eric leads the captive services team at Cover & Rossiter. He joined the fi rm in 2003 as a Staff Accountant and was promoted to Director in 2016. He is a member of the American Institute of Certifi ed Public Accountants and the Delaware Society of Certifi ed Public Accountants. Eric is also a member of the Delaware Captive Insurance Association’s Legislative Committee and the Tennessee Captive Insurance Association. He holds a CPA license in the State of Delaware as well as an Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation through the International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE), and has taken courses from the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

Amy Johnson, CPA, ACIManager

Amy joined Cover & Rossiter as a Staff Accountant in 2011. She has long been a recognized leader among the staff and was promoted to Manager in 2017. She is a member of the Delaware Captive Insurance Association, American Institute of Certifi ed Public Accountants and the Delaware Society of Certifi ed Public Accountants. Amy holds a CPA license in the State of Delaware as well as an Associates in Captive Insurance (ACI) designation through the International Center for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE).
