Responsibilities included Project Management, Manpower deployment, Procurement, Fabrication, Hire of Heavy plant and machinery, Marine spread, Set up and operations of Fabrication Yard for Sub Sea Concrete Mattresses, Transportation of 315 concrete sea mats, 15 tons each, to Hazira for stabilisation of 12 inch gas pipeline.
