Ameri ler t : R. D. Scinto uses an Emergency Notification System to inform tenants of any situation that could affect use or access to their offices. In the event of power interruption, loss of HVAC, fire, flood, or police activity, a message is sent to subscribers with information about the event and updates until the situation is resolved. The purpose is to provide timely & factual information to senior management to help in the process of making critical business decisions relating to use of their offices. All tenant senior and HR management are urged to sign-up as soon as possible by emailing [email protected].

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family a very happy holiday season and a very Merry Christmas. Please enjoy the time you get to spend with your friends and family and all this season has to offer. We have already seen some flakes, so perhaps we will have a white Christmas this year.
Santa and his elves will be here on Thursday, December 8th for photos and to visit. Have your photo with Santa (compliments of R.D. Scinto), and drop off some toys for the Toys 4 Kids collection.
Our holiday vendor fair will take place the second full week of the month. Look over the rest of the newsletter for more information.
