Prayer for Missionaries in America Dear Lord, We pray for those who work among poor

and isolated communities across America, bearing

witness to the life of Christ in a thousand different

ways. Give them wisdom, courage and joy in their

generous ministry. AMEN

MEETING DATE CHANGE FOR DECEMBER! The December St. Dymphna Society meeting will be Tuesday, December 18, 2018, in Fletcher Hall at the St. John Center. The St. Dymphna Society is a peer support group for people with mental health challenges and their families. When a priest is available, Mass is held at 6:00pm, and meetings

directly follow. If no priest is available, we pray the rosary or hold a prayer service. To learn more, contact Rebecca Cargile, 664-0340 x 355. No reservations are necessary, and all are welcome!

Religious give thanks. “This money is pure

gift,” writes a religious sister of the support

made possible by the Retirement Fund for

Religious. “It enables us to continue providing

care for our elderly sisters.” Your gift to last

week’s collection helps hundreds of religious communities

meet pressing retirement needs while continuing to serve

the People of God. Thank you for your generosity!
