Legislative Changes
Most of the changes reflect what is required by state law
We had a fair process that included input from all levels.
Legislative Changes
Evaluation must include student growth data by 2013-2014 25%, 2014-15 40%, 2015-16 50%.
We are going to wait for the State to provide Direction.
We have a profile that was modified with this tool.
We will also include data in the year end evaluation summary.
Most Significant Change-We have eliminated the use of the NC
rubric. We are now in better compliance with the 4 scale state rating system.
- Rating scale, ineffective, minimally effective, effective and highly effective by September 19, 2011- This change was already implemented.
- Rubric based on work by Kim Marshall in alignment with work by Charlotte Danielson
Administrative Tool Timeline
