and sleeping habits • Set boundaries• Don’t overextend yourself

• Take a daily break from technology • Nourish your creative side• Creativity is a powerful

antidote to burnout • Learn how to manage stress

Prevention

• Delegate tasks to others• Evaluate goals of participation• Rotate positions to something new• Take a “sabbatical”

• Members will gain respect for:• Why tasks are delegated• How execution of task affects the group• Deeper respect towards structure
