Basic Support

Weight optimized components in 3 sizes for simple

and uncomplicated design of basic structures. The

base support allows direct connection of all stan-

dard robot couplings. Profile Conectors

Clamp on all sides of the channel for maximum

rigidity. The interlocking, non-positive connection

of the profiles ensures permanent stiff connection

even at high loads.

Exact Positioning Aid

The positioning and measuring aid allows quick

reconstruction of the system following a crash.

Special grooved blocks are inserted and arrested in

the channel grooves for definition of measuring

points. This ensures that the components can be

readjusted to their original position at any time.

Closed Grippers and Clamps for High Service Life and

Maximum Service Economy

The closed DE-STA-CO grippers and clamps provide

associated index groove blocks during assembly.

Index Screw Block

Application: Definition of index points (without damaging channel

by drilling) for quick relocation of assembly positions following re-

pair. The index groove blocks can be inserted from the side into

the T grooves in the channel and arrested with the aid of indexing

pins. 2 pin screws arrest the position.
